Role Description Business Requirement Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders, including security teams, IT, and business units, to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for IAM solutions. Solution Design Work with IAM architects and technical teams to design solutions that align with business needs and security standards, ensuring proper integration with existing systems. Process Mapping Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows related to user provisioning, access management, and identity governance. System Configuration and Implementation Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of IAM tools, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. Compliance and Security Ensure that IAM solutions comply with internal and external security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2), and mitigate risks related to access control. Testing and Quality Assurance Support the testing phase of IAM solutions, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure proper functionality, security, and usability. Training and Support Provide training and documentation to end users and administrators on IAM processes and tools. Offer post-implementation support to address issues or process improvements. Continuous Improvement Identify areas for improvement in IAM processes and work with teams to implement enhancements and best practices. Required Skills And Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least [X] years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IAM concepts such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance, and provisioning processes. Tools: Experience with IAM tools and platforms like SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, or similar. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document and communicate complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: IAM certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar. Knowledge of Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with security and privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
