Hydraulic Design Engineer

Role Overview: As a Hydraulic Design Engineer, your main focus will be on the design, development, and maintenance of systems involving the flow of fluids, particularly water. You will be responsible for creating efficient, sustainable, and safe solutions for water-related projects by leveraging your knowledge of fluid mechanics, hydraulics, and engineering principles. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Development: Create detailed designs for hydraulic systems, which include components such as pumps, pipes, valves, and control systems. - Analysis and Simulation: Conduct calculations, simulations, and modeling to analyze system performance, predict flow rates, pressure, and other parameters. - Project Management: Manage projects, coordinate with other engineers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, contractors, and team members during construction and maintenance. - Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements. - Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex hydraulic problems, improve system efficiency, and optimize performance. - Documentation: Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation related to hydraulic designs and projects.
