KEY
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Drive delivery of assigned territorys sales targets.
• Managing & driving the direct reporting FA Team on delivery of sales volume
• Support recruitment of FA.
• Managing the effective flow of leads to FOS, ensuring the timely meeting & healthy
closure rate.
• Create & manage the Lead sources for Business development. Strengthen the
relationship & regular focus on developing the top of lead funnel to sustain & grow
business unit
• Conduct meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information,
address common problems and concerns, encourage communication, and rally team
to achieve goals.
• Ensure team work in accordance with Company standards, regulation and ethics.
• Implement initiatives, formulate medium-term direction for the team
• Maximize assigned territorys results by a combination of sales target achievement
and expense managements.
• Meet with FA on weekly basis to review performance against budget and targets and
identify performance strengths and weaknesses.
• Disseminating information on incentives , promotion policy through DAP
• Organizing & conducting Continuous Performance Development with support of
Trainers for educating, skill enhancement & motivation of the Team.
• Manage all aspect of the area alloted, including customer servicing, facilities,
equipment and supplies
• Implement lead and activity management system
• Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationship
• Keep up-to-date with market developments, Company policies, procedures, sales
process and legislation and disseminate to team
• Develop future managers
Support Responsibilities:
• Motivate by providing support, recognize FAs who perform well, and arranging
team-building activities
• Develop FAs in the furtherance of Company objectives
• Perform appraisals to review performance and identify training needs
• Sample business written by the salesforce to ensure best practices are applied
• Assist to develop Regional strategy, and establish realistic yet challenging targets
• Complete regular and ad hoc reports promptly
• Together with SMs, plan recruitment activities and schedule appropriate technical,
product, and skills training
• Meet customer KPIs for the Region
• Provide competitor activity updates
• Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary
• Handle channel conflicts arising between DD and other distribution channels
KEY CUSTOMERS: • Clients, Local Operation & Distribution HR
EXPERIENCE &
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred) with 4 -6 years of experience in sales with at least 2
years in leading sales teams for a retail financial services product.
Experience in leading sales teams in the life insurance industry is preferred
