HVAC Sales Executive

As a HVAC Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture relationships with both existing and potential customers in order to drive new business opportunities. This will involve conducting site visits to thoroughly understand the unique requirements of each customer and provide customized HVAC solutions that meet their needs effectively. You will be tasked with preparing and delivering technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our HVAC products and services. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, and logistics will be essential to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Remaining abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies is crucial to maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Meeting or exceeding set monthly and annual sales targets will be a key performance indicator for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably within a similar industry. A strong technical acumen in HVAC systems encompassing design, installation, and maintenance is required. Exceptional sales, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities will also be beneficial in effectively addressing customer needs.
