HVAC Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  Identify and connect with potential clients including builders, architects, facility managers, corporates, and government agencies.

• Client Meetings & Presentations:

  Schedule site visits, understand client requirements, and present customized HVAC solutions (VRV, ductable units, cassette ACs, AMC, etc.).

• Quotation & Proposal Management:

  Work with the design/technical team to prepare accurate quotes, BOQs, and technical proposals tailored to each project.

• Sales Closure:

  Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales effectively, ensuring timely documentation and payments.

• Project Coordination:

  Act as a liaison between the client and execution team to ensure seamless project handover and service delivery.

• Post-Sales Support:

  Maintain client relationships post-installation for AMC conversions, service support, and future upselling

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in HVAC or industrial product sales
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, ductable, cassette, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to meet monthly targets
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering or Business background is a plus)
• Own vehicle preferred for site travel
