Role & responsibilities Develop and monitor project schedules using planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timelines are met Prepare and track project progress reports, bar charts, and schedules Analyse delays and propose catch-up plans or mitigation strategies Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and material forecasting Support site teams with planning insights and technical coordination Conduct site visits periodically to monitor actual progress and update schedules Report regularly to project management and senior leadership on planning-related aspects
