Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, Manager role with supportive leadership duties. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities. Set sales targets and track progress regularly. Client & Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Expand and support the channel partner network to boost sales. Assist channel partners with product knowledge, training, and sales support. Negotiate and close deals ensuring company profitability. Cross Department Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams for smooth sales processing and compliance. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
