Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents for civil works.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of estimation, project control, monitoring, planning, review, and tracking principles.
