Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Managing the day-to-day activity of civil department & responsible for overall managing 3 location (DNH, Daman & Diu)

2. To monitor & control all key activities pertaining to the department

3. Responsible for preparation of various data & drawings to GM/VP for new/Modification works for their approval.

4. Monitoring of work progress of all project/maintenance works & assigning the team wherever required.

5. Co-ordination with various departments for all project works

6. Co-ordination with outside agencies for obtaining all technical details for project works

7. Validation of annual budget data & review of justification & presenting it to VP/GM

8. Assist & Co-ordinate in performing various audit

9. Responsible for monitoring of business partner activities & their Billings etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having 10 to 15 Years of Experience in Civil Construction field will be Preferred.
