Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects – from planning to commissioning.
• Lead site teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project flow.
• Ensure compliance with standards like GMP, NABH, ISO, and ASHRAE.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and client handovers.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of pharma/hospital cleanroom environments is a plus
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (Malayalam preferred)
