HVAC Project Manager

As an experienced HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing system issues, implementing effective repair solutions, and performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Additionally, you will recommend and implement system upgrades to enhance efficiency and stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety standards, is crucial in this role. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, prepare detailed reports on system performance, and interact professionally with clients to provide excellent customer service. Collaboration with other maintenance engineers and facilities staff is essential to coordinate work effectively and share knowledge. Moreover, you may be required to assist in training and mentoring junior team members to support their professional development. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's degree with at least 12 years of experience in the field. Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages is preferred.
