HVAC Engineer

Mechanical Engineer Job Description: -

Experience: 5 to 12 years
Reporting to : Operation Head
Qualification: B.tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering

• Installation, Erection, Maintenance, operation & troubleshooting of project related equipment such as like, Chillers, Risers (Vertical and Horizontal), PACs, PAHUs, pumps, AHUs FCUs, Comfort Airconditioning, ducting and other related work with HVAC. Crane, Excavators, Hydra, Concrete Pump, Cranes (80tons,10 tons), CP-30 Batching plant etc.
• Installation, Erection, commissioning maintenance of heavy machineries like Fixed tower crane, Process Fans, Dust Collector Fans, Blowers, Gates, Hydraulic platforms, Air Compressor, Pumps, Cooling Tower, Bucket Elevator System.
• Quality inspection and Execution of Mechanical systems like Fire Fighting, plumbing internal and External work, HVAC systems, slab conducting and wall conducting.
• Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
• Installing the sewage water pumps, ABR, sump pumps, external and internal sewage water network, manholes, sanitary fixtures, floor drains, roof air vent, sewage and vent pipe etc.
• Planning of site as per drawing with respect to cabling, Plumbing work, Fire Fighting work etc., Loss and costing of system and also installation and commissioning take place
• Performs the evaluation and inspection of mechanical engineering projects to ensure that standards and requirements are met.
• Bill verification of contractors, planning spares, issuing material .
• Manage all machineries breakdown charts and maintenance of machinery time by time.
• Planning for resources and manpower for shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.
• Support for Installation of electrical equipment’s, electrical panels, transformers and machineries related to site work
• Maintaining all Record of Costing, technical evaluations and drawings etc.
• Troubleshoots problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment.

A. Capable of guiding/leading the team and implementing the best execution and maintenance strategy for the site.

B. Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.

• Coordinate with the external vendors, participated in various meetings, reviewed the design for the system, Handles material management for site and coordinates with higher authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
