HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations using industry-standard software
• Prepare HVAC layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components based on design requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical engineers to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design and safety standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Recommend and implement energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC design, installation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
