Job Title: Human Resource Executive (HRE)

Location: Babulal Jewellers, Civil Lines

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Address employee grievances and provide resolutions.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
• Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and internal communications.
• Monitor performance management systems and appraisals.
• Liaise with management to align HR practices with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 2–4 years of HR experience (retail/jewellery experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
