Human Resources Team Member

As an HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager at our company, your role will involve managing various aspects of human resources to build a motivated, high-performing team culture across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Recruitment & Onboarding** - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, screening, interviews, and selection. - Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - **Employee Engagement & Performance Management** - Design and implement engagement initiatives to strengthen team morale and retention. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture. - Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely goal-setting and reviews. - **HR Operations & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - **Strategic HR & Leadership Support** - Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. - Provide data-driven insights for decision-making related to workforce planning and productivity. - Support organizational restructuring, change management, and policy implementation. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust across teams. - Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.,
