We have urgent requirement for Executive/Sr Executive/ Manager- Human Resource in Lucknow location.

Designation : Sr. Executive/Associate Manager/Manager- Human Resource

Location : Lucknow(Uttar Pradesh)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding process.
• Handle exit formalities for outgoing employees in a professional manner.
• Develop HR strategies and policies to align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to human resources.
• Leave and Attendance Management.
• Employee Grievances ,Handling Documentation of new Joiner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management or similar field.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
