Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for handling HR management tasks such as developing and enforcing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. The specialist will also ensure compliance with legal standards and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management skills, including creating and implementing HR policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
