Human Resources - Recruiter

As an HR Executive, you will be a critical team member responsible for attracting top talent, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing essential administrative HR functions. Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers, screening candidates, and implementing strategies to enhance talent acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will be in charge of attendance management, leave management, and performance management to ensure smooth HR operations. You will collaborate with headhunters and external recruiters to source the best talent, screen resumes, and create effective job descriptions aligned with organizational needs. Working alongside Hiring Managers, you will conduct interviews, provide interview training, and engage with various recruitment channels to identify qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with corporate recruiters, managing employee attendance records, overseeing leave management, and supporting performance management activities. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, possess proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment strategies, and have a strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and sourcing techniques. Your organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills will be essential, along with expertise in employee referral programs, MS Office, and HR-related software tools.
