Human Resources Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Specialist who will also serve as a Recruiter. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The HR Specialist & Recruiter will work closely with managers to attract, hire, and retain top talent while also ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to find top candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
