Human Resources Manager

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the overall business strategy. Your key focus will be on managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent to the organization. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in bridging management and employee relations by effectively addressing demands, grievances, and other related issues. Supporting the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital will be a core part of your responsibilities. You will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system aimed at driving high performance across the organization. Ensuring legal compliance throughout all aspects of human resource management will also be a key aspect of your role. Managing the HR staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees will be essential to building a strong and capable team. You will be required to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Providing decision support to management through HR metrics will also be a part of your responsibilities. Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred for this role. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The work location is in-person, requiring your presence on-site to fulfill the duties effectively.,
