Job Description

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resources (HR)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)
  • Well-versed with computers and MS Office
  • Experience working with ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Plan and execute onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain attendance records, coordinate payroll, and manage leave systems
  • Ensure smooth HR operations through effective use of ERP software
  • Organize and support employee training and development initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and HR best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
