About the Role:

Sr. Manager/Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  Talent Acquisition

  across levels: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.
• Drive the full

  Performance Management Cycle

  : KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Implement and manage

  employee engagement programs

  to build a positive and motivated work culture.
• Support in

  attendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes

  .
• Regularly review and update

  HR policies and SOPs

  in line with best practices.
• Generate and maintain

  HR dashboards, MIS, and reports

  to support decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior HR team members (if any).
• Support

  employer branding initiatives

  , including social media, internal communications, and PR coordination.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience

  in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong expertise in

  talent acquisition, employee grievance & engagement and performance management

  .
• Good understanding of

  HR compliance, labor laws, and reporting requirements

  .
• Excellent

  communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
