  • Managing recruitment and onboarding:

  • HR metrics and reporting:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships:

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

  • Acting as a liaison between the HR and clients:

Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to HR services.

  • Ensuring client satisfaction with HR services:

Regularly gathering feedback from clients and making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery.

  • Addressing client concerns and resolving issues:

Responding promptly to client inquiries, researching issues, and providing solutions.

Understanding client business needs:

Developing a deep understanding of the client's business and their specific HR requirements
