Your key responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, HR policy implementation, office operations, team coordination, attendance monitoring, performance evaluation, project delivery timelines, and fostering a healthy team culture through effective communication and leadership. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Operations, preferably in the Media/Agency industry. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential, along with fluency in English and Malayalam.
