Reporting To Sr. Human Resources Manager

Brief Overview of Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment
• Preparation of official letters and coordination for issuance
• Database management
• Employee engagement activities
• Administration - deploying administration team (clerk, housekeeper) for office maintenance; monitoring admin link; addressing employees' needs in regards to Admin dept
• All HR & Admin related coordination & support like training & development, attendance data, procurement, office expense
• Travel Desk
• Employee Feedback

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Ready to work across departments
• Relevant experience – 0.6 – 1.5 years
• Basic MS Office/Google sheets knowledge
• Language proficiency – English/Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
