About Us:

NK Hospital is a leading 200-bedded multi-specialty hospital located in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, dedicated to providing quality healthcare with compassion and excellence. We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our recruitment efforts and help build a strong, talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and staffing across all hospital departments, with a primary focus on medical, nursing, and support staff.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored specifically to healthcare sector requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final hiring decisions.
Manage onboarding processes, joining formalities, and documentation for new employees.
Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and employee data in line with hospital policies.
Support training initiatives, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital HR policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 34 years of HR experience within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Proven expertise in bulk recruitment, especially for medical and nursing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle high-volume hiring.
Willingness to relocate to Kalaburagi and work on-site.
Availability for an initial telephonic interview followed by in-person discussions.

Salary:

Competitive and commensurate with experience
