As an HR MANAGER, you will handle the coordination and communication around the Recruitment Lifecycle processes. Main focus would be on Onboarding of new hires at Codage Habitation, collaborating with internal functional teams and candidates at pre-Onboarding and Onboarding stages and responding to the queries and requests. You will be required to support HR systems and programs and contribute to the Knowledge base and processes with a strive to improve and deliver service delivery excellence using first time right approach. You will partake in and support initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

Responsibilities & Duties

Business Operator

  • Handle the end-to-end Onboarding process lifecycle including, however not limited to, communication with candidates & Stakeholders and getting the mandated task completed on time, in and outside of system as per the defined procedures
  • Excellence is customer service management by providing timely and relevant responses to requests and queries in inquiry tool
  • Ownership of management and maintenance of Personnel and Organizational Records
  • Use critical issue matrix in a proactive manner to bring specific incidents to attention of Supervisor
  • Handle the transactions/requests/activities pertaining to Recruitment Lifecycle activities including Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding, Background Screening, Document Management and more in a timely and accurate manner
  • Updation and management of Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge base on a frequent basis which includes Identifying repetitive questions or requests that can be addressed through the self-service model (HR Portal, FAQs, Employee/Manager Self Service)

People Developer

  • Work collaboratively with the peers and colleagues to cultivate the culture of inclusiveness
  • Share the learning and knowledge with and across the team to bring about standard process

Value Creator

  • Support/assist in driving improvement initiatives to improve HR team’s performance and efficiency in delivering HR services
  • Ensure confidentiality of Human Resources related information and data
  • Maintain knowledge of and apply company safety, labor, and ethics policies

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
