Human Resources Manager

The Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager HR & Administration position based in Ahmedabad within the Manufacturing/Automobile industry requires a strategic individual to oversee HR and administrative functions at our manufacturing plant. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving operational excellence. You will be tasked with handling employee grievances and welfare programs, ensuring adherence to statutory labor laws through regular audits, and identifying training needs aligned with ISO/IATF standards. Additionally, you will oversee the design and implementation of employee training & development programs. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance, coupled with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in performance management, facility operations, and knowledge of Gujarati are advantageous. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in HR and administration within the manufacturing/automobile sector, with a proven track record in compliance and administrative management. Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards is a prerequisite for this position.
