Human Resources (HR) Interns

Responsibilities

  • Identify hiring requirements and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Manage various online sourcing platforms for hiring.
  • Review applications and conduct interview processes.
  • Coordinate with candidates proactively.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documents.
  • Support HR initiatives, systems, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on company policies.
  • Draft job descriptions, post job ads, and manage end-to-end hiring.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding programs.
  • Contribute to training and development activities.
  • Assist in performance management processes.


Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong editing skills.
  • High commitment, flexibility, and motivation to achieve results.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (spreadsheets and charts).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team collaboration, self-motivation, and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Experience in sales/marketing/related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and multi-task effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
  • Comfortable using a computer for day-to-day tasks.


Eligibility
