Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities also include supporting HR management activities and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools
• Pursuing or completed degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
