Human Resources Intern

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate with candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records
• Support internship onboarding and documentation
• Maintain and update HR data and records
• Assist in employee engagement and basic HR operations
• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Interest in Human Resources, recruitment, or people operations
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and team members
• Basic organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Students and fresh graduates can apply

• Recruitment & talent acquisition basics
