About the Role:

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen CVs for various internship roles across departments
  • Draft and publish on relevant job portals and social media
  • Manage

    job postings

    on platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, college portals, and internal networks
  • Coordinate and schedule

    interviews

    with hiring managers and candidates
  • Assist in releasing

    Letters of Intent (LOIs)

    and internship confirmation emails
  • Maintain tracker and share

    timely feedback

    with candidates post-interviews
  • Support

    campus outreach

    and coordinate with college placement cells
  • Perform regular

    follow-ups

    and handle candidate queries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data records
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the internship lifecycle


Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a

    Bachelor’s

    in

    Human Resources, Business Administration

    , or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of job portals and basic sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
  • Understanding of the

    internship or campus hiring lifecycle

    is a plus
  • Any

    HR certification

    (e.g., HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, LinkedIn Recruiter training) will be an added advantage


Skillset Required:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with calling and engaging with candidates
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
