Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HRBP in day-to-day operations and ongoing projects
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
  • Help with data collection, reporting, and analysis related to HR metrics
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Coordinate internal communications and event logistics
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Support HR compliance and documentation tasks
  • Collaborate with different HR functions such as talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduation in Human Resource or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
