Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in India, with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Intern will assist in various day-to-day HR tasks, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The intern will support HR management in maintaining employee records, conducting onboarding processes, and aiding in employee relations activities.

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
• Skills in HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Experience with HR software or tools is a plus
• Pursuing or completed education in HR, Business Administration, or related field
