Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day tasks such as assisting with HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and general HR management. The role involves maintaining employee records, helping with recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting in organizing employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
