About the Role:

Join our team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in HR functions. Assist with HR processes, projects, and documentation while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support in HR reporting and MIS preparation
• Help with employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in other HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or related field

• MBA in HR students preferred

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and proactive
