About the Role:

We are looking for a HR Intern to support our HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, database management, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Conducting Interview.

Assist in Preparing Offer Letters, Conduct Salary Discussion.

Database Management and Management of changes.

Collect and update CVs from multiple sources (emails, portals, referrals).

Maintain and update the candidate and employee database in Excel .

Maintain confidentiality of HR information and employee records.

Support HR team in data entry, record management, and follow-ups.

Maintain and update employee databases

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Eagerness to learn and support HR operations.

Make daily calls to candidates for various job openings.

Requirements:

Graduate (any field)

Good English communication skills

Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
