Human Resources Intern

You will be responsible for handling the entire Recruitment & Selection process of Teachers, Staff & Interns. This includes conducting ad posting, sourcing of candidates, telephonic interviews, and setting up in-person interviews with interviewers. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting interviews, negotiating salary, and managing documentation. You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating Placement Drives with College Training and Placement cell to recruit candidates. Furthermore, you will handle grievance redressals and any issues raised by teachers, staff, or interns. To excel in this role, you must possess Effective Communication skills, proficiency in English & Hindi (Spoken), strong negotiation abilities, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential. Sales experience, an energetic and competitive personality, and other related skills will be advantageous. The internship has 2 vacancies and is located at G-09M, Haware Centurion Mall & Office Complex, Sector-19A, Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
