Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, providing support in recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, and conducting personnel management tasks. The intern will also be involved in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's HR functions.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
• Bachelor’s or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
