Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR functions such as managing HR policies, creating and managing employee benefit programs, and supporting personnel management. This role will also include tasks related to HR management and the implementation of HR procedures and best practices. This is a remote role, allowing for flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proactive and organized with attention to detail
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
