About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Intern to support our hiring and operational activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and potentially grow into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Maintain hiring trackers and follow up with applicants.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation.
• Contribute to daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in hiring (internships or freelance projects count).
• Must own a laptop.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Hiranandani Estate office.
