Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Benchmarking:

  Research industry best practices in organisational values within the financial services sector.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Conduct interviews with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights on organisational culture.

• Data Analysis:

  Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and gaps.

• Reporting:

  Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

• Strategic Support:

  Assist senior leadership in developing initiatives to strengthen organisational values.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field.

• Skills:

  Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.

• Attributes:

  Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong interest in organisational development and the financial services industry.
