• Assist in the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support in

  onboarding and documentation

  of interns/employees
• Maintain and update

  HR records & databases

• Contribute to creating

  HR policies, engagement activities, and feedback systems

• Coordinate with different teams for

  day-to-day HR operations

🎯 Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  HR / Management / related field

• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of

  recruitment & HR processes

  preferred
• Ability to

  work independently in a remote environment

• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the HR domain
