Human Resources Intern

We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Intern to join our growing team at NeoITO!

As an Human Resources Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience managing real-time business processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and playing a key role in coordinating campus placement activities across colleges and universities.

● Support the team in ensuring a great employee and candidate experience at all times

and support in all People Operations & Administration activities.

● Support the HR team in onboarding formalities for new joiners

● Handle employee queries and nurturing a positive working environment

● Execute the employee engagement activities

● Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

● Strong organizational skills to manage placement schedules and campus

coordination

Required Skills

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

● Understanding of general human resources policies and practices

● Aptitude in problem-solving

● Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

● Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

● Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette.
