HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
• Support HR operations, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals.
• Confidence to conduct telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
