About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain HR databases and employee records
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Help draft job descriptions and internal communications
Support performance management and feedback collection initiatives
Ensure all HR processes and documents comply with company policies
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:

completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong interest in HR and people management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Well-organized with attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
