Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Dwarka. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks include assisting with recruitment processes, organizing employee records, coordinating HR events, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
