Position Title: HR Intern Duration: 6 Months (Unpaid Internship) Location: Silvassa (On-site) Department: Human Resources Application Deadline: November 5th 2025 Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Silvassa. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, including drafting and updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management duties, and supporting HR management activities. The intern will also help with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records while working closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field What You'll Gain Hands-on exposure to real HR operations in a growing tech company.
