Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting. They will also support the HR team with onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and participating in training and development programs. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
• Understanding of onboarding processes and maintaining employee records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
