The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and life sciences domain, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement agentic AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation. Build and integrate LLM-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks ( LangChain, AutoGen, Llama Index ). Develop event-driven data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge . Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance. Integrate AI agents securely with external systems via APIs. Collaborate with data engineers to design PHI/PII-safe ingestion pipelines ensuring regulatory compliance. Monitor, test, and fine-tune AI workflows for accuracy, latency, scalability, and compliance. Work cross-functionally with product and domain experts to deliver regulatory-compliant healthcare/Life Sciences AI solutions. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with proven hands-on expertise in LLM/agentic AI development. Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript. Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Llama Index, AutoGen. Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend Medical. Proficiency in API integration and event-driven architectures. Experience in healthcare/life sciences AI solutions with understanding of regulatory and compliance standards ( HIPAA, GDPR, etc. ) preferred. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize rapidly.
